We have a 30-day Return/Exchange policy for all eligible items. The Return/Exchange policy begins the first day of receiving your item.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and inform us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged, received the wrong item or are missing an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in it's original packaging (if any). You will also need to provide proof of purchase. To start the Return/Exchange process, contact us at If accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your item is defective, damaged or an error due on our part, shipping for an exact exchange is waived.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and the gift giver had the order shipped directly to the recipient, we will send a refund to the gift giver. If exact exchanged its required due to defect, damage or an error on our part we will ship a replacement directly to the recipient.

Exchanges will be processed within our normal shipping time frame. You will be provided a tracking number when your new order is ready.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item once it is received. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please keep in mind it can take several days for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund to your account.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. In some special circumstances we may grant a partial refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.

Some types of items are exempt from being returned.  Due to the nature of our business, customized products such as a personalized items are not eligible for return.
