  • Do you do business logo design?
    Yes! Our team of graphic artists have a combined experience of over 30 years in graphic design and print. Our logos and designs can be seen around our local communities in Ontario and include clients from the The City of Brantford, BPW Cambridge, PetHero to your local mom and pop shop.
  • Do you do custom designs?
    Absolutely! We love making your ideas come to life. Please visit our contact page to connect with us.
  • How will my order be shipped?
    We only ship flat rate, tracked parcel via couriers such as Fed Ex, Canpar, Purolator and others depending on your location. For a greeting card only purchase, we will send an un-tracked parcel via Canada Post.
  • Where is all the Nibble Freely gear?
    Nibble Freely is moving to it's very own site! We will be re-launching Fall 2023.
  • What is your return policy?

  • What is your processing times?
    Our current processing times are 2-5 business days. During holidays and special promotions our processing time may increase. We always will have the current up-to-date processing time listed in the store. COVID-19 NOTICE: Due to increased demand for delivery, please expect that there may be some delays with shipping. While we do our best to ship right away, we regrettably have no control over postal delays. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us directly.
  • Do you have local pick-up available?
    Yes we do! If you are local to us please select "pick-up" at checkout. When your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an email with instructions for contact-less, curbside pick-up.
  • Where are the items made?
    Chinook and Company is proudly located in Ontario Canada. While not always possible, we strive to provide base material made within North America. Each item is designed and printed by hand, in house by us. Each item is made to order, carefully handcrafted and inspected prior to shipping to ensure you receive the best product possible!
  • Do you ship to international addresses?
    Unfortunately, we only ship within Canada at this time. Shipping to USA will be coming soon!
  • What method of payments do you accept?
    We accept e-mail transfer, Visa and Mastercard.
  • Do you provide digital files for wall prints or stationary?
    No, we don't provide digital files so we may maintain the high standard of print quality.
  • Can you ship my purchase on my behalf directly to my recipient?
    Of course! Just make sure you include the recipients correct mailing address and let us do all the work for you!
